Role & responsibilities
Trade Show Management:
- Coordinate and plan trade show requirements for effective brand representation.
- Attend exhibitions to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute exhibition attendance, ensuring strategic positioning and optimal brand representation.
Marketing Communication:
- Prepare market collaterals to enhance brand presence in trade media.
- Develop and maintain product manuals for sales facilitation and detailed product information.
Data Management and Event Execution:
- Input, update, and meticulously manage Trade Marketing program and Customer data.
- Manage the planning and flawless execution of key customer and consumer events. Strategic
Business-Building and Distribution Support:
- Assist in developing and presenting comprehensive business-building plans.
- Identify, review, and create compelling business-building opportunities, including co-marketing initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and securing new distribution opportunities across key accounts.
- Manage merchandising support for optimal product visibility and sales.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate sales-related documents aligned with marketing strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BE / B. Tech /MBA
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP: 4-8 years of experience in the marketing
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE: Candidates having experience in organizing Dealer/ Retailer Meets and expos/ summits from Paint, Hardware, Glass, Doors/ Windows, Plywood background Sourcing Marketing Collaterals Knowledge is essential.
SECIFIC SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Team player, good communication skill, Quick learner, Positive attitude.
