Sales
- Meet/exceed Quarterly revenue targets for the assigned territory
- Daily bass meet existing and potential customers and decision makers Consultants, EPC Contractors, End Users in various Municipal /Govt. depts, generate leads and follow them up for conversion to Order booking
- Register our Company as approved vendor with all potential buyers
- Connect with Municipalities, Water supply & sewerage boards, Lakes and Rivers,
- Collect Market intelligence, regularly analyse competition and handle those suitably to ensure our wins
Tender business
Pre, During and Post Tender activities should be properly handled
- Based on Budgets and Projects, Identify opportunities and work with the relevant stakeholders to get our products into the project scope; submit proposals and get into bids, work to enhance our winnability
- Internal coordination as necessary for document approvals and submission so as to Plant can initiate production for timely execution.
- Payment collections- collect stipulated Advances while booking orders and balance payments on time per agreed terms and conditions.
Business Development
- Add new customers and expand funnel regularly.
- Make Product presentations, enable Proposals and quotes, make personal and virtual contacts with, participation in exhibitions/conferences as appropriate.
Education requirements and Skills:
B.Tech/M.Sc (MECH/CHEMICAL/BIO TECH/ ENVIRONMENTAL STREAM)
5-8 years Sales experience in STPS/ Waste Water Treatment domain
Should possess good relationships with various Municipal, EPC, Consultants and Contractors
Should have managed sales in the relevant Geography
Should have handled revenue targets upwards of Rs 20 crores and worked on Muni. Projects
Directly accountable for Sales and Collection targets
Proficient in the use of XLS, PowerPoint, Word. Should be familiar with CRM tools
Fluency in English, Hindi
