HR Trainee and Executive

Hi All ,

We are Hiring for HR Recruiters / Trainee / Talent Management Professional for our Executive Search firm at Lucknow.

We are looking for people with excellent communication in English and someone who wants to get in people management and assessment industry .This is a Six Days working Work from Office Profile .

Candidate staying in Lucknow need to Come down to office for Walk in.

Skills Sets Required –

• Should be good in English Communication in Verbal & Written Both
• Should be okay with Day Shifts
• Immediate Joiner

Activities Expected to Do –

• Recruitment for our Clients.
• Telephonic / Face to Face Assessment of Candidates.
• Meeting the Required Numbers .
• Souring Candidates through Different Job Portals like Naukri / Shine. Coordinating with Clients.
  Candidate would be given like training on the portals.

Employment Cycle –
Candidate would be on Three months of Probation period and would be paid Fixed Stipend .
For Work from Office Stipend will start from First Day of Joining .

Stipend During Probation for Freshers 15- 17k CTC ( 11000 – 12000 Fixed + 4000 Variables + Retention Bonus + Mobile Expenses)
After Three Months – There would be Hike of Minimum 20 % to Max 40 % for another Six months .
After Nine Months. – There would be Hike again according to the performance .
Employees are liable for Yearly Bonanza , Incentive Program , Excursion and Study tours after probation .

Mobile Allowance is paid by company.

For Candidates Experience in Recruitment – We will give hike as per market standards – 15 to 20% as per last withdrawn – Max Budget is 2.40 LPA

Minimum 7 + months of Experience in BPO hiring to be considered as relevant experience
