Civil Engineer I Dubai Municipality Approved

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dubai Municipality Approved Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they meet all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. This role involves active participation in the planning, design, and execution phases of construction, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and compliance.

Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to effectively plan and execute projects.

· Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects from inception to completion.

· Consider construction costs, government regulations, environmental hazards, and other risks during the planning stages.

· Compile and submit permit applications to relevant local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance.

· Provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment to determine project feasibility.

· Oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations for construction.

· Present findings to stakeholders, including bid proposals, environmental impact statements, and property descriptions.

· Manage the repair, maintenance, and replacement of infrastructure within assigned projects.

· Monitor project progress, compile reports, and keep all stakeholders informed of project status.

· Support the project manager in client relations, team motivation, and project financials.

· Obtain quotations and manage the selection process for subcontractors.

· Address any issues that arise during construction promptly and effectively.

· Assist the manager in preparing clarifications and qualifications for project proposals.

· Conduct quantity surveys based on approved drawings and on-site measurements.

· Ensure all project activities are executed within specifications, quality standards, and time frames.

· Coordinate and complete projects, ensuring deadlines are met and responsibilities are assigned.

· Maintain and report Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) records while monitoring safe working procedures.

· Implement techniques and motivate teams to reduce waste and increase cost efficiency.

· Perform other tasks as requested.
