- Communicating with customers by mails and calls.
- Understanding and comprehend customer needs, queries and requirements and respond accordingly.
- Experience in working in CRM.
- Prepare Quotation in CRM.
- Maintain files and Documentation.
- Follow up with customer for payment.
- Ensure timely Respond and Update to customer.
- Updating, Maintaining & Tracking the payment status of the invoices.
- S eek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Requirements
- D Pharma / B Pharma / M Pharma ONLY.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Accountable to perform tasks on- time and with accuracy.
- Strong team players with the ability to work independently and in a team should be able to compare client requirement.
- Strong working knowledge and experience of online media/web 7 digital side of the business.
