Job description

  • Communicating with customers by mails and calls.
  • Understanding and comprehend customer needs, queries and requirements and respond accordingly.
  • Experience in working in CRM.
  • Prepare Quotation in CRM.
  • Maintain files and Documentation.
  • Follow up with customer for payment.
  • Ensure timely Respond and Update to customer.
  • Updating, Maintaining & Tracking the payment status of the invoices.
  • S eek out the appropriate contact in an organization
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Requirements

  • D Pharma / B Pharma / M Pharma ONLY.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Accountable to perform tasks on- time and with accuracy.
  • Strong team players with the ability to work independently and in a team should be able to compare client requirement.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of online media/web 7 digital side of the business.
